It was an enchanting and brilliant hotel in a tourist area. I had a savoury and plentiful breakfast as for atmosphere, the food was delicious. No complains at all, the venue met what was needed, 100% recommend it.

Everything is superb here, had a very nice stay for an absolutely fantastic vacation. Absolutely perfect setting, it's short walk to the local restaurants and a bridge across the street. Need to add that there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Happy Gathering, located within 15 minutes walk or so.
Views are nothing special.

This hotel was wonderful base for exploring Platanias, appreciated it and property’s exceptionally attentive and caring staff from the maids to management. The rooms were contemporary, brand-new with view, ideal for us. The setting was magnificent, really close to Chania town centre, beautiful place, the restaurants and an overhead bridge. Found time to see Platanias Beach, that's relatively close to the property.
It had hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Our room was a nice size and huge provided with garden view and a large balcony overlooking a pond plus amazing views. The location was perfect - just off the common areas as well as taxi. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

The staff was friendly professional in managing every request. The room I stayed in was brand-new and tastefully decorated, it had 1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed. The pool was lovely and I had alcoholic drinks in the poolside bar.
